Really U.S? You Irk Me. -______-'

Sorry that I haven't posted since Monday...I've kind of been grounded/ restricted from the net for a week...and well since I have Wi-Fi and my iPod hasn't been taken away...I can post today :) But the next time you'll hear from me will be Monday :/ 

Now I was watching the news yesterday...I don't usually do this...but well I was tracking Hurricane Irene because well it's supposed to be a doozie. And well the news caster lady person said something and I was all *jaw drop* WTF. 

Obviously, from my understanding, psychiatrists and shrinks and all are now trying {or maybe it's already recently been passed? o.o} to make pedophilia be a mental illness...and therefore it cannot be classified as a crime. And therefore people who are like that won't get fired from their jobs, but instead have a mental analysis and then they're free to go. And did I mention, they cannot go to jail for that crap?!?!?! I mean really?!?!? If the USA actually changes on how they view pedophilia and actually passes it as a 'mental illness' then the government is more cracked up than I already thought it was. I mean really? That's just S.I.C.K...SICK. Kids tend to trust people more easily then say a teen or young adult would. And you can't just take advantage of that. That's wrong. That kid will be scarred for life...and if that sick person gets away with being diagnosed for having a mental illness... *shakes head* now that's effed up. That's really effed up. 

I mean if that gets passed...are kids ever going to safe again? Like really really safe? I highly doubt it...and that's sad. The country will never be treated the same either. But I'm not worried about how others view the USA...I'm worried about the kids. Ya know? I mean if it gets passed and people see, "oh hey. If I do that, I'm not getting into trouble or be thrown in jail...oh hey free happy meds from the shrink for finding a mental illness! Wheeee." It's sad, but that's how it'll be. And the country will be chaotic...scratch that...MORE chaotic than it already is.  

And well that's my day's rant. It just irks me. -__________-'

I hope to God the psychiatrists and shrinks and all don't push the issue on changing the views on ...that... because that just shows how much they care for the children of America. *shakes head* 

At first, I believed I heard the woman news caster wrong...so I googled it on my phone...and that's when I saw I heard her right. And it's sick. And wrong. And morally wrong. Where are the morals anymore!?!?!? Gah.

And now I must leave you all~ x.x 

I shall return on Monday morning, if all goes right... ^_^'

And...yeah. I felt I needed to rant on that...if only I was 18 and could vote and actually have a say in crap. But no...I'm a minor and my view on political shizz doesn't matter to anyone. Well you know what?!? My opinion does so count...not in the eyes of the government...but in my own eyes, I feel that everyone's opinion on political issues counts. That's the only way our voice can be heard. Gr,.

I Believe In Diamonds. Do You?

I believe in diamonds. What do I mean by that? Do I actually believe in the mineral? Believe it has special powers or something? No. Not by a long shot. I believe in people. I believe in diamonds. I believe that everyone has a diamond underneath, it just takes some digging to find, and some polishing once it's found.

I believe even the worst person has some good in them. It just takes time to find it. But once you find it...it's there. Always. You don't know what that person has gone through to become that way...but there's always a reason. Everyone is born in sin, yes. But everyone has the right to change. Some for the best and others for the worst. But everyone has some good in them...even if it's just a tiny little drop of good, it's there. 

I believe in giving second chances. Not because I'm nice, but because it's the right thing to do. If the person screws up that second chance, then that's their loss. You were the bigger person to let them in your life again, but if they take advantage of that and mess that up, then it's their fault and their loss. 

I believe that with every diamond found, there's a heart of gold, waiting to be polished up. It may just be too tarnished to shine and be noticed, but it's there. And they'll thank you for helping them find it again.  

And that's why I believe in diamonds. If everyone believed in diamonds in the rough and took the time to help someone find their's...this world may not be as chaotic as it is today. So take the time and talk to someone even if they act all mean and tough. You never know what kind of difference you are making in their life. 

And that's my 'it speaks to me' post for today. I haven't had a powerful, meaningful post in a while, so here we go. I hope you liked it and it spoke to you~ ^w^

I Really Need To Stop... [Movies]

...watching LifeTime Movies xD I watched two yesterday. And probably would've watched more if I didn't have things to do xD I watched a bunch last week...and what started this?!? Another book by my favorite author, Jodi Picoult, was turned into a LifeTime Movie...it was Plain Truth...and to be honest I still haven't watched it yet...I recorded it on the DVR...but still. After that I must've watched at least 5 more. I need to stop xD  

The one last night was quite sad. In fact I cried. I never cry. Especially not during a movie. It was called 'Listen To Your Heart' about this man who's a songwriter and this girl he loves who's deaf. They end up together even though her mom doesn't think he's good enough for her since he's a waiter. But the girl decides to break away from her mom and see him anyway. Soon he develops a brain tumor and is on the verge of dying. His own mother died when he was younger and he was the one to find her...he didn't want the girl to find him like that or be there when he died so he pulled the plug on himself. The girl was in recovery for ear surgery so she could hear again. After, he leaves her an envelope. Inside was a CD of all the songs he wrote and sang just for her...and she could finally hear them. <3 

On Saturday I broke away from LifeTime to watch a movie on Starz...the premier. What was it? COUNTRY STRONG!!!!!!! :)

I love this movie! It's definitely on my list of favorites. It's amazing. I really need the soundtrack now xD I've watched this movie twice so far and even recorded it on the DVR so it'll be there when I'm bored. It's definitely a must see if you haven't seen it before. I would go into detail...but well I don't want to spoil this amazing movie for anyone~ :)

Anywho, I'm going to attempt this week to make my blog look even prettier! That's my goal for this week~ :)

So guess what!??!?! I'll be blogging Monday-Friday for a whole 'nother week and a half! Why you ask? Because sillies, my school isn't finished yet so they are postponing it until September 6 ^w^ But sadly, that means I won't be blogging on Fridays for a while once it begins...they're taking away our free-day Fridays until we make up the days we lost -_____- Sad face. :( 

But anywho. That's the exciting news ^w^

I have to go...my dad is all "Get off the computer, you've been on it for 2 hours  " and blahblahblah. x-x 

Second post cut short. Well it's that just lovely.

And I WILL go to them one day. So if you see a boat/ship with a girl on it, sailing around the world because she's afraid to fly on a plane...that'd be me. xD

Prompt 42 - A picture of you yesterday & 20 goals you want to accomplish. - Friday

So this was me yesterday. In the car. Going home from town. xD 

20 goals....I already did that before. *sigh* I'll do ten... xD

1 - Have a great first day of school {sept. 6} :P

2 - Do good at my first volleyball game on Tuesday.

3 - Set some good ones to the spikers Tuesday.

4 - Get my fricking phone fixed so my battery doesn't die when I take pics, talk to someone on it, or use my phone's internet.

5 - Finish High School. 

6 - Take my basketball team to state.

7 - Get over my shy-ness.

8 - Get a job.

9 - Uh. Get over some stuff.

10 - Complete this list and make a new one. 

*giant tv draws back* *walks back out on stage* Oh haha that was great~ And that wraps things up. So I hope you all enjoyed this great 42 Day Challenge as much I did...I hope to do another one of these soon! :D Feel free to copy the list from my 'I Challenge You' post back in..June? I Didn't Cheat On This {Prompt 37 & 40}

I'm starting this off by saying I did not cheat on Prompt 37. My room is typically always is clean-ish. My brother puts his toys and crap like that in my room and plays while he watches TV but before he goes to bed I make sure he puts everything away...maybe I'm a little OCD...I don't know x-x And in the mornings, it's a habit to straighten my bedspread up so nice and neat. It's a habit to make sure my room looks presentable in case of any surprise visitors that may want to creep around in my room, I don't know x-x, But it's prompt time...

Prompt 37 - A picture of your room & don’t cheat by cleaning it. Share a secret. - Thursday

And that's part of my room. My bed which my brother threw a Pikachu on before I snapped the photo...but Pikachu's awesome xD. My fish's tank which is not that color...it's so much prettier and clear in my room xD Lighting error I suppose? And my shoesssss<3 And a few of my books... The thingy with the plaid covers is my brother's mattress from his bottom bunk, he wanted to sleep in my room one night so we pulled that in and have been too lazy to put it back xD

Like I said, that's only part of it...it would have taken three pictures to cover it all xD But you're not missing much...just my dresser and my hatsssss, my blue shelf, my TV and multitude of pictures and Xbox and Wii, my desk and cd rack, my bulletin board of sport's medals. That's all~

**Secret Time**

-whispers- I have done this before I believe...but oh well. I tend to over analyze/over think things...all the time. And I second guess myself too much...I have a very low self confidence level...*shrugs* Terrible secrets I know xD But my mind went blankkkk.

Prompt 40 - Share a story about your past that you are ashamed of - Thursday

Gosh I don't know. Possibly the time when I was five and taking gymnastics, which I later quit because I hated gymnastics.., and we had an expedition and afterwards, I saw a little gold walnut looking thing and I picked it up and my friend picked one up and the teacher lady told her to put it down, and my mom got me and took me home since it was over. Later I felt guilty and told my mom I stole it and I'm soooo sorry. My mom just laughed at me and said it was okay that it was just a fake gold painted plastic walnut thing, it wasn't like it was money or candy. Somehow that pops into my mind first. xD Silly, I know but I was five and didn't know any better xD

So that's all the prompts for today...only two more tomorrow and I will be done with my 42 Day Challenge D: But I can say I made it out alive and didn't quit!!!! :) Gosh that was fun! I will have to do another soon :)

When You Wish Upon A Star~ [Prompts 38-39]

It's August 17 ! And I realize I really am supposed to be doing prompts 37 and 38...but well 37 is a picture of my room at its current state and I didn't realize that prompt was well coming up so soon. I thought it was about 40 or so...but I will take the picture today and do that prompt first thing tomorrow morning~ xD Prompt timeeeee!

Prompt 38 - Something You Could Live Without - Wednesday

Something I could live without and still be sane...I suppose it must be something I like or else this prompt would be useless and meaningless. Let's see...I could live without...I could probably live without my TV for a certain extent...even though I'd miss some shows...but well that's why they have it so you can watch your shows for free via the Internet...and sometimes YouTube has some shows up too :D  


To turn the question around something I could NOT live without would be my two laptops...my oldddd one and my newer one. My old one because it has my old iTunes library, my old pictures, and all my stories and such that I have yet to finish because that particular computer crashed and has yet to work TT.TT 
My newer one because it has my new and updated iTunes library, my other stories and writings, and my photos and drawings. :)

Oh magic genie/fairy person thing...I wish for...

2*A nice house out in the country with lots of land.
